providers and benefit plans may vary due to plan
design and various requirements of each state. DentalPlans.com guarantees that
if you purchase either a discount dental or other healthcare benefit plan the
fee schedule of the plan you select will be honored by a minimum of one participating
provider in the area of where you live or work. If this cannot be the case
then, DentalPlans.com will refund the full amount. Look over any dentists in
your area seeing if they honor such plans.
DentalPlans has made every
effort to make sure the accuracy of the information contained in each participating
provider. However, it may be that a provider could withdraw from participation
in a certain discount dental network but remain in or join another. Therefore,
the participant is required to confirm whether the facility or provider
you have chosen for care is currently participating in the program prior to your
receiving any services from that provider. DentalPlans.com assumes no responsibility
for the absolute pure accuracy or completeness of the information contained
relative to providers in specific networks as things can change. The provider
directories are available only and solely as a means for members to determine
which providers may currently be participating in the plan(s) specified. The
DentalPlans.com Consumer and Member Services is available to help you in finding
a participating provider in your area. If this sounds all confusing, give
them a call and ask any questions you may have. Once again, DentalPlans.com will
refund your money should you find that the dental plan you have chosen is not
honored by at least one participating provider close to where you live or work.
